The Pirate Original Oil Once Owned by Disney

Our Pirate portrait was based on this original oil. This was the actual painting and frame that hung at Disney Corporate Headquarters.

In Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride in Orlando Florida there once existed a scene that bore a striking resemblence to the background of this painting. It appeared as though the triple arches leading to the ship was recreated with a good deal of attention to detail. I do not know if that particular scene still exists in the ride, as it has been many years since I was at Disney in Florida.
